PP fiber monofilament Polypropylene micro fiber for concrete reinforcement
Polypropylene monofilament fiber is also named as PP micro fiber , PP filament fiber , PP mini-fiber,
PP staple fiber , polypropilene fiber , sythetic fiber , concrete fiber ect.
It is produced by virgin PP grain, modified by adding functional additive and special surface-treating .
Mixing into cement concrete, it has many addvantages such as good dispersing , better water
affinity, and strong linking force. High Quality Polypropylene Fiber is suited to reinforce and crackresist
to every kinds of cement concrete and mortar , specially used in engineering of building surface, floor ,
wall ect.
Applications:
A. Be suitable for the water-proof layer, floor, inner& outer wall of industrial and civil construction.
B. Increase cracking resistance on the surface of industrial workshop, warehouse and parking lot.
C. Increase cracking& seepage resistance of the ground in natatorium, swimming pool, pond and ditch.
D. Highway, bridge and other roads.
Applying Instruction
A. Length: for mortar, <12mm; for concrete: >12mm.
B. Compounding Amount: for resisting the common cracks on surface, 0.9kg/m3 fibers to cement mortar are enough.
C. Stirring Requirement: the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed. Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together, then stir after adding enough water and time for stirring can be prolonged
for 2-3 minutes in order to make the compound mix completely. Also it can be mixed even with cement and other
aggregates in advance, stirring by adding water at worksite before constructing.
D. Package: common 0.9 or 1kg per bag. May be modified with customer's requirement.
